Apply Drops
Tilt head to the side.
Gently squeeze bottle until you fill the oil enter the ear canal.
Place a piece of cotton ball in the opening of the ear to prevent the oil from leaking out.
Keep head tilted for 30 seconds to allow the oil to enter the ear canal.
Repeat on the Other Ear
Tilt head to the side.
Gently squeeze bottle until you fill the oil enter the ear canal.

Reapply as Needed
Can be used before travel, or at the first sign of motion imbalance.
